LoyaltyBlust provides review management services for businesses, which include review monitoring, response management, negative review identification and removal requests, and analytics reporting.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1. To use some of our services, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information.

3.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3. You must immediately notify LoyaltyBlust of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

4. User Conduct

4.1. You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our services.

4.2. You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our services, other accounts, or any other systems or networks connected to our services.

4.3. You agree not to use any robot, spider, scraper, or other automated means to access our services for any purpose without our express written permission.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

5.1. The content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are owned by LoyaltyBlust and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

5.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services without our prior written consent.

6. User Content

6.1. You retain ownership of any content you submit to our services ("User Content").

6.2. By submitting User Content, you grant LoyaltyBlust a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such content in connection with providing our services.

6.3. You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to submit User Content and that such content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Payment Terms

7.1. Subscription fees are billed on a monthly basis and are subject to the pricing terms specified at the time of subscription.

7.2. Additional fees may apply for certain services, such as negative review removal requests.

7.3. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly provided in these Terms or as required by applicable law.

8. Termination

8.1. You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our website or contacting our support team.

8.2. LoyaltyBlust reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

8.3. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease, and we may delete or disable your account and any related information and files.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

9.1. Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

9.2. LoyaltyBlust does not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

9.3. LoyaltyBlust makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the content available through our services.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LoyaltyBlust shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.

10.2. LoyaltyBlust's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the liability.

11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LoyaltyBlust and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services or any breach of these Terms.

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms
LoyaltyBlust reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on our website and updating the "Last updated" date at the top. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for changes.
