Loyalty Blust provides digital services for collecting, organizing, monitoring, and responding to user reviews on platforms such as Google Maps, as well as analytics and reporting on public reputation indicators.

This Offer is considered accepted from the moment you submit a request via the website form or email, register or use the Loyalty Blust service, or make a payment for any of the services.

Loyalty Blust agrees to provide access to tools for managing online reviews, monitor incoming reviews and generate reports, and offer automated or manual responses depending on the selected plan.

The Customer agrees to provide accurate business information, not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purposes, and pay for the services in accordance with the selected plan.

All prices are listed on the website and may vary depending on the subscription plan. Payment is made in advance on a monthly or annual basis. The service reserves the right to suspend access in case of delayed payment.

Due to the nature of digital services, we do not offer partial or full refunds unless required by applicable law. However, support and billing inquiries are welcome via mail@loyaltyblust.com.

Loyalty Blust is not responsible for the content of user-generated reviews, temporary disruptions in access to third-party platforms such as Google, or outcomes based on decisions made solely using automated reports.

All customer data is protected and never shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. You may request full data deletion by contacting us.

Loyalty Blust may amend this Offer at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Use of the service after any change constitutes agreement to the new terms.
